Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Proficient in data analysis and market research to inform sourcing decisions.
