Security Control Performer handling Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) user access controls
Perform monthly and semi-annual access validations on SOX and non-SOX business applications.
Gather Access Data (user access list, Access Permissions / roles and environment
Reconcile actual account permissions (REMOVE / deactivate, KEEP)
Make corrections, once corrections are made (changes implemented) Gather a new access list
Store and record evidence on SharePoint, Share drives and to central evidence storage system.
Present the user access review process showing evidence
in formal live audits with internal and outside auditors.
Make updates to the Access Management Team Backlog task tracking tool (ADO)
Attend daily progress SCRUM meetings and provide updates on tasks
Perform access provisioning activities for a wide variety of business applications essential to company operations.
