10 experience in IT / IT ESService Delivery Management experience for large AMS programsAble to manage large teams in providing 24/7 support in onsite offshore modelCollaboration within team and with customer stakeholdersService mindset required- understand commitments, customer pain points and prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communication ( English only )Work closely with customer leadership Should be able to take end to end ownership Should have knowledge and experience in Manufacturing applications ( MES, Historian, Aspen tech IP21)
