Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing ongoing reports that will help drive informed business decisions. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain processes, including logistics and materials management, as well as proficiency in various data management tools such as Oracle EBS and SAP.
Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze data related to inventory control, pricing strategies, and contract management.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the supply chain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in logistics and materials management.
- Utilize statistical methods to analyze data sets and provide actionable.
- Assist in the development of data-driven strategies for buying and selling processes within the organization.
- Ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits and validation checks on datasets.
- Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Oracle or INs
- Adept at utilizing Power BI and Microsoft Suite tools
- Organized
- Proactive/bias toward action.
- Have attention to detail
- Able to learn current processes and support continuous improvement
- Able to support in data projects (ERP master data maintenance, cleanup, etc.
- Able to contribute to AP support efforts in later phase.
- Strong understanding of supply chain concepts including logistics, inventory control, materials management, and pricing strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills for presenting data insights to diverse audiences.
- Experience with statistical analysis software is a plus.
