- Assist in Hydro Excavation Operations: Support the operator in using high-pressure water and vacuum systems to expose underground utilities safely.
- Set Up and Secure Job Sites: Prepare work areas, set up safety barriers, and ensure all necessary equipment is in place.
- Support Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Comply with Safety Regulations: Follow all company and site-specific safety regulations, including PPE usage, and attend regular safety meetings.
- Handle Materials Responsibly: Assist in the proper handling, collection, and disposal of debris in compliance with environmental standards.
- Work as a Team Player: Communicate effectively with the operator and crew to ensure smooth project execution.
- Proven experience in hydro excavation, construction, labor, or industrial work
- Physical Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and work in various environments
- Strong Commitment to Safety and compliance with regulations
- Ability to Pass criminal and MVR backgrounds as well as drug screen
- MUST BE WILLING TO WORK OVERTIME, NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS. ALSO WILLING TO TRAVEL/WORK OUT OF TOWN.

- The position involves lifting (up to 50 - 75 pounds), pushing, pulling, and bending (Note: The level of physical effort may vary from site to site and in some cases be greater or lesser than documented here.)
- Required to be exposed to physical occupational risks (such as cuts, burns, exposure to toxic chemicals, etc) rarely;
- Required to be exposed to physical environment which involves dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar elements most of the work day;
- Normal setting for this job is: outdoors and/or driving a vehicle.
