Key Responsibilities
- Design and Development:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
- Design new functionalities and enhancements to existing systems.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize new features.
- Client Engagement:
- Lead design sessions with clients to present proposed functionalities and gather feedback.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Document client requirements and ensure they are accurately reflected in the design.
- Collaboration with Delivery Team:
- Work closely with developers and testers to ensure the successful implementation of new features.
- Provide clear and detailed documentation to the delivery team to facilitate development and testing.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure smooth project execution.
- Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality meets the specified requirements.
- Identify and document defects and work with the development team to resolve them.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) with clients to validate the functionality.
- Production Monitoring:
- Monitor the performance of new functionalities in production.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise post-deployment.
- Gather and analyze feedback from end-users to make continuous improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using design tools such as wireframing and prototyping software.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- 5-6 years of IE experience with SNAP/TANF/Medicaid and Childcare programs
- Experience with project management tools
- Knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.
