About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics Analyst to join our team in the Business Services industry. As a Logistics Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the supply chain process, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and Transportation Management Systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in aviation logistics
- Experience with order entry systems
- Certification in Logistics Management
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Utilize the PMT and CSPT to draft and manage funding documents, Purchase Initiation Document (PID) and Spend Plan Identification Numbers (SPID)
- Assist the BFM to reconcile discrepancies between planned and actuals
- Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making processes
Skills:
As a Logistics Analyst, you will utilize your experience in budget and financial management to manage and optimize the cost and funding process. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office Products will enable you to analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making processes. Additionally, your strong communication and interpersonal skills will allow you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
