Meeting sales goals measured daily / weekly / monthlyConsults with customers in a professional, upbeat mannerEnsures customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are metMaintains a clean and organized salonCash handling, opening / closing businessDaily administrative paperwork, and goal trackingQualifications
High school diploma, or equivalent.Must be at least 18 years of ageMust be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per dayMust be able to lift 25 pounds without assistanceReliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekendsWe reserve the right to complete a background check prior to hire, and eligibility for the position may be contingent upon the results.
