Machine Set-Up Technician
Husky Corporation, a leader in the fuel dispensing industry, currently has a job open for a MACHINE SET-UP TECHNICIAN at our facility in Pacific, MO. 1st Shift Position (Mon Thurs 5a-3:30p) in an AIR CONDITIONED environment.
What you will do:
- Set up and operate CNC Equipment.
- Set up and operate Mazatrol.
- Set up and operate manual machines.
- Make adjustments to and inspect/approve parts with applicable gauging.
- Check parts to part prints using computer generated test criteria.
- Troubleshooting all machines when needed.
What you need to succeed:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must pass machinability test.
- Prior experience in operation and set up of CNC machines.
- Experience on both turning and horizontal machining a plus.
- Knowledge of tooling and able to assist in tool related problem solving.
- Knowledge of gauges and CMM operation.
- Ability to follow directions, including detailed procedures or work instruction
Essential Requirements:
- Must work well with others and possess excellent communication skills.
- Must have an excellent attendance record.
