We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Operate and monitor various manufacturing equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to produce high-quality products while adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct quality inspections of products at various stages of production, documenting results accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in training new employees on equipment operation and safety practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in manufacturing or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with safety standards and practices within a manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members.

Pay: $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- 10-hour shift
- Evening and Morning shifts available
- Monday to Thursday
