**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in traffic control or a related field
- Valid traffic control certification
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and safety awareness
*Prefer candidates with their TSS/TCT Certifications
**Responsibilities:**
- Direct traffic according to established traffic control plans
- Set up and remove signs, cones, and barriers as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and the public
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Monitor traffic flow and make adjustments as necessary
- Train and supervise traffic control team members
- Maintain and inspect traffic control equipment
