We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Vector Residential. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality and functionality of our properties, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our residents. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
- Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate schedules for property upkeep.
- Fabricate and weld components as needed for repairs or improvements.
- Conduct facilities maintenance to ensure all areas meet safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed using property meld and buildium software systems
- Assist with residential painting and other aesthetic improvements as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
