We are seeking a strong minded, detail oriented and results-driven Sales and Marketing Coordinator. The candidate will work closely with the Marketing Manager to capture lead generation, coordinate marketing efforts, and provide a creative touch for all outbound marketing campaigns. With a skillset in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and online programs they will assist in maintaining the brand image while completing data entry and admin tasks. We are located in Mckinney, TX - this is an in person role only.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for facilitation of tradeshow registrations and logistics
- Create and update regular online content for company website, social media platforms, and outbound marketing
- Assist with the completion of collateral materials such as swag, displays, pamphlets, business cards, and signage.
- Tasked with the planning and execution of any events associated with the company.
- Coordination of guests and logistics for interview and podcast sessions
- Complete department expense reports and keep dutiful track of all marketing spends
- Track progress of social media engagement and provide reports to Marketing Manager
- Ensure proper routing of MQL leads either to CRM or sales team member
- Participate in Marketing/Sales meetings in an admin role to ensure capture of material and goals

Requirements
- 1-2 years' experience in marketing/brand management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required)
- Experience required with Microsoft Office, Adobe, Canva or similar program
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks at the same time
- Able to meet strict deadlines
- Good with details and lists
- Knowledge of all social media networking platforms
- Creativity to make individualized content while adhering to brand standards
- A willingness to learn about our industry and technical content
