Crew leaders-
What do you have :
Problem solver (ability to find solutions to problems)
Conduct daily safety meetings (Ensuring that everyone is in compliance of safety rules and procedures)
Independent thinker
Team mindset
Able to lead a crew of 2-4 team members to set up traffic control.
Set-up construction work zones
Operate company trucks and miscellaneous hand tools
Load and unload equipment
Conducts routine equipment maintenance and daily equipment inspections
Complete daily logs
Communicate problems
Follow federal, state, local and company laws, rules, and regulations
Travel to worksites throughout the Franklin, NC area
WHAT DO YOU HAVE?
You desire more than a job. You want a career.
Desired : 1-3 years traffic control work experience ( ATSSA Flagger certification ).
You enjoy working outdoors.
You can stand for extended periods of time and can meet other physical demands of the job.
You have a clear current state driver’s license.
Able to work in extreme weather conditions (hot or cold) when required and necessary.
Available to travel 100% of the time and work M-F (starting as early as 6 : 00 AM), plus overtime.
Available to work weekends and nights when required and necessary.
