Vector's partner in Wickliffe, OH, is a world leader in the fast-paced, high-tech industry of investment casting. They have openings for Shipping and Receiving Clerks.
This Client offers overtime and bonus availability when hired in.
Available Shifts
Weekends, four 10-hr. shifts : Fri / Sat / Sun / Mon 7a-5p
Weekends, three 12-hr shifts : Sat / Sun / Mon 7a-7p (work 36 hrs., get paid for 40 hrs.)
$18 / hr. is the starting pay for either shift
You must have a valid driver's license to qualify for this position, as you will be operating company vehicles.
Responsibilities :
- Load and unload outside vendor shipments.
- Prepare all proper documentation using internal computer lot control system
- Maintain good housekeeping with dock, storage areas and equipment use.
- Perform maintenance checklist on fork lift daily.
- Receive UPS, FEDX and other daily deliveries and deliver to the supply crib or other designated storage area.
- Support the Supply Crib, when needed.
- May perform other duties as specified by the supervisor.
Experience & Education :
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and may be substituted by experience.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a shipping & receiving environment.
- Fork Lift / Tow Motor certification is preferred.
Required Skills :
Ability to qualify and receiving certification on Fork Lift / Tow Motor per internal training standards.
