Job Duties & Description
A successful Aerospace Final Finisher is creative, can work independently, has excellent hand-eye coordination, and possesses a strong eye for detail. This candidate also has the ability to be self-directive, follow instructions, navigate MS tools on a computer, and make decisions as it pertains to completing tasks.
While it is not a requirement to have aerospace experience, it is required that an AFF applicant would have experience in one of these related fields or hobbies; Craft Artist, Auto-Body Paint, Carpenter, Nail Technician, Tattoo Artist, etc.
- Permanently identify finished tooling per customer requirements
- Fasten hardware to finished products
- Hand paint symbols and stenciling
- Computer use and read prints
- Transfer identification to finished tooling
- Use typical hand tools, such as pliers, hammers, wrenches, etc.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent hand eye coordination
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Work standing up for long periods of time
- Strong attention to detail
- Mindful handling of Finished Tooling
- Must be able to work well in a team environment
- Must be efficient and productive with time and possess a good work ethic and good attendance record
· Communicate effectively and professionally
· Versatile team member willing to drive company success and contribute in many different ways
