Responsibilities:
- Lead the negotiation and administration of contracts, task orders, and subsequent amendments to ensure compliance with client requirements, government regulations, and procurement policies.
- Collaborate with business development and proposal teams to support the preparation and submission of proposals, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements.
- Develop and implement effective contract administration strategies to minimize risks and maximize benefits.
- Provide expert guidance on contract law, regulations, and industry best practices to project managers and other staff.
- Conduct regular compliance reviews to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contract documents and correspondence.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful contract execution.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in contract management practices and procedures.
- Implement enhancements to streamline contract administration and improve efficiency.
