Project/Program Manager (Non-IT) 2
Location-Onsite.Tucson AZ
Overview:
- Candidate will be assisting teams and the especially project managers to coordinate, develop and drive project teams through their project lifecycle and multiple different projects and programs.
- Working on a lot of Caterpillar key projects in the NPI space, electrification space, supply chain and operations as well.
- Managing the project plans within MSP, Microsoft project, facilitating control meetings, planning meetings, compression meetings and then really ensuring the quality of the project plans and we will also track risks and action items and issues.
Interaction with team:
- Project control meetings, PMO staff meetings, planning meetings
- Emails, MS Teams, In person meetings
Top Skills:
- Microsoft Project is a pluus (will train)
- Knowledge of project lifecycle
- Understanding of Project management
- Soft Skills is important
Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Master's is ok
- 2-4 years experience required.
- 10 years experience is also fine
Soft Skills:
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
