Job Title: Senior Staff Accountant (Billing focused)
Location: Remote/hybrid within Raleigh, NC area

Description:
This position will have a critical role in our business, working with the Controller and the VP of Operations to ensure timely and accurate billing for our weekly customers. In addition to this, this role will bill for our recurring customers each month. The ability to coordinate and communicate with other departments is critical to ensuring accurate and timely billing. At month-end, this position will assist in Revenue reporting and variance analysis. We are growing and were formerly part of another company and as such, your input will be heavily valued as we develop our own processes and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Billing weekly CIP customers
- Billing monthly, quarterly and annual customers
- Billing Professional services
- Coordinating with Sales and Professional Services departments to ensure proper billing
- Reviewing month end revenue trends for variances and providing analysis
- Accruing revenue at month end
- Applying payments and reconciling CIP customer accounts
Qualifications:
- Experience with NetSuite (preferred), Salesforce (preferred), Excel
- 3 years accounting experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
