Serves as Strength Management Coordinator, under the direct direction of the LOGCAP Human Resources Manager -Strategic Staffing, responsible for assisting in sustaining staffing levels and oversight of force flow requirements on the LOGCAP V program and prioritization of global recruiting requirements.

- Assists in maintaining authorized position list (APL) based on as-sold staffing models.
- Performs continual analysis of current performance (noting recent historical trends) and conducts real-time re-forecasting to make necessary adjustments in recruiting staffing plans in coordination with Strategic Staffing Manager to achieve program level goals / business objectives
- Provide real-time monitoring via available tools (iCIMS, Taleo, SharePoint, etc.) and strength management techniques to make staffing adjustments / recommendations to maximize resource efficiency and achieve program level goals / business objectives.
- In coordination with Strategic Staffing Manager, coordinates priority of recruiting and mobilization requirements due to operational or head count shortages.
- Assists in tracking and analyzing attrition data to develop predictive staffing model to establish pipeline and bench of candidates for rapid call forward and mobilization.
- Works with field counterparts to ensure established hiring requirements are followed.
- Provides daily/weekly/as required performance reports to leadership.
- Provides support to multiple geographically dispersed Program sites and task orders.
- Ensures compliance with applicable Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) policies and procedures.
- Communicates professionally, both orally and in writing.
- Complete additional HR duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Mandatory Qualification for LOGCAP
- As a precondition to charge more than 50% of their time to LOGCAP, must be able, willing and ready to deploy to domestic and international locations, including on a temporary basis and/or as a member of the Vectrus Rapid Deployment Team (RDT). These locations can include austere, remote, and hazardous areas where Personal Protective Equipment may be required.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.
- Ability to obtain a favorable T1 Background investigation: CAC eligibility preferred
- Experience:
- Two years of Human Resources experience working on a Government program.
- Skilled working in a Team-oriented environment and able to demonstrate leadership skills
- Highly skilled in word processing, spreadsheets and database software, and have strong written and verbal communication skills, to include SharePoint
- Skills:
- Must possess strong quantitative, analytical and technical aptitude skills
- Must demonstrate competency in dealing with all levels of employees /management and building strong relationships with teams and all organizational customers
- Must possess the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and be accountable for performance
- Must be able to multi-task, be detail oriented and demonstrate strong organizational skills
- Must demonstrate the proactive ability to find and define problems, understand business impact, identify solutions and provide recommendations for corrective action
- Must be willing and able to take the initiative for learning, increasing knowledge and improving skills in a self-directed manner to improve performance and position added value

- Working Conditions:
- Work is generally conducted in an office environment; however, duties may occasionally involve working outside with a potential exposure to extreme temperatures and war zones.
- Physical Requirements:
- Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work.
- Work may require heavy lifting, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting and working with or in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to physical, chemical, or biological agents.
- Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices.
- Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies.

Salary : $65,500 - $82,900
