REQUIREMENT

Role: Endur CTRM Consultant \ Manager \ Lead

Location: Houston, TX – Hybrid (3 days remote, 2 days onsite)

Hiring Mode: Long-term Contract

Requirement

• Functional experience with CTRM – Endur.
• Good understanding in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, rapidly changing environment.
• Strong engagement skills, working with senior leaders on regular basis.
• Need for strong team-working skills in a virtual environment.
• Ability to effectively engage a virtual team of leaders in different geographies Strong inter-person management skills.
• The ability to engage with clients about opportunities for commercial optimization, cost reduction, and process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of industry-leading practices.
• Powerful interpersonal skills that allow you to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Playing key role in Mentoring/Coaching Junior Endur Developers.
• Bringing best practices of Industry and focusing on creating value to the Business.
