Position Title: Software Developer (Microsoft Stack – Power Platform / Azure / SharePoint)
Location: Hybrid – Washington DC (2 days a week onsite)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade digital solutions for a Federal Agency. This role requires deep hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, .NET, and SharePoint, delivering modern user interfaces, business automation, and integration capabilities using both OOTB features and custom components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and Azure PaaS services such as Logic Apps, Function Apps, and Web Apps.
- Customize and extend OOTB (Out-of-the-Box) Microsoft components to meet unique agency needs, including building forms, workflows, and dashboards.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain custom connectors for integrating third-party tools like DocuSign, Adobe Sign, and internal systems.
- Conduct SharePoint development using C#, .NET, and SharePoint REST/CSOM APIs.
- Migrate content using Sharegate and manage legacy-to-modern transitions within Microsoft environments.
- Collaborate with business analysts and end users to translate complex requirements into technical deliverables.
- Provide end-user training and ongoing support for Power Platform and SharePoint-based applications.
- Ensure secure, FedRAMP-compliant design and deployment of solutions in line with federal IT standards.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Strong experience developing with C#, .NET, and JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online / SharePoint APIs / SPFx
- Experience integrating tools like DocuSign, Adobe, and third-party APIs via custom connectors
- Proficiency in Azure PaaS services: Logic Apps, Function Apps, Web Apps, and Azure AD integrations
- Familiarity with Sharegate for content migration and governance
- Knowledge of best practices for federal IT environments, including secure coding and compliance
- Ability to troubleshoot complex workflows and support production systems
