JD
Designing, developing, and implementing new ServiceNow applications and modules and configuring and customizing existing ones. Building custom workflows, forms, and user interfaces and integrating ServiceNow with other systems using APIs. Automate workflows to streamline processes, conduct thorough testing to ensure quality, and provide ongoing technical support to end-users. Creating and maintaining technical documentation and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
Qualification / Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related scientific or technical field and three (5) years minimum of relevant experience
- 5 years of proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong understanding of the platform's architecture and capabilities.
- Preferred to have experience in the water and wastewater industry and an understanding of Oracle utility applications.Project Experience: Demonstrated experience working on large-scale projects in diverse team environments focusing on ServiceNow development tools and techniques, including scripting in JavaScript, Jelly, and AngularJS.Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices.Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CSM.
