The Global Transportation Finance Group at Vedder Price has been ranked by Chambers USA as a nationwide Band 1 practice for 19 years and counting. You would join a team of more than 60 lawyers representing major banks, leasing companies, airlines, hedge funds, private equity firms and other investors in a wide range of complex international and domestic transactions focusing on the financing, leasing, acquisition and disposition, restructuring and enforcement of aviation, rail, maritime and general equipment assets.
About You:
- You have 2-5 years of transactional experience at a law firm;
- You have experience in one or more of the following: securitization, leveraged finance, secured lending, capital markets, maritime, private equity, project finance, structured finance, real estate finance, aviation;
- You have strong contract drafting and negotiating skills as well as organizational skills;
- You have experience managing multiple matters simultaneously; and
- You have a J.D. degree (or its equivalent) and strong academic credentials, and you are admitted in (and in good standing with) or taking steps to become admitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

Compensation:
- $235,000 - $300,000 annual base salary
