About You
- You have 4-6 years transactional/M&A experience at a law firm, primarily focused on private company M&A/private equity/venture capital work;
- Your experience has emphasized private equity/sponsor clients on the acquisition, disposition and growth equity/VC sides;
- You are able to be the lead on initial stages of a deal, such as negotiating a term sheet and drafting (or marking up) the first draft of a purchase/merger agreement;
- You have experience managing multiple matters simultaneously;
- You have a J.D. degree and strong academic credentials; and
- You are admitted in (and in good standing with), or taking steps to become admitted in, New York.
