Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Infor CloudSuite HCM Consultant with extensive experience in Infor Lawson (Versions 8, 9, 10) and Infor CloudSuite (Version 11) for a government client in Lansing, MI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and leading implementations and upgrades of Infor Global HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Absence/Leave modules.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & System Evaluation
- Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs to align with overall business strategies.
- Conduct business process reengineering and identify technology solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Prepare solution options, risk assessments, and financial analyses (cost/benefit, ROI, buy/build).
Infor CloudSuite & Lawson ERP Implementation
- Lead multiple Infor Global HR, Benefits, Leave Management, and Payroll implementations.
- Provide expertise in Infor Version 11 application upgrades and CloudSuite deployments.
- Support system integrations, data migration, and testing efforts.
Functional & Technical Documentation
- Prepare and document Functional & Technical Specifications for reporting and data warehouse development.
- Assist with business intelligence and reporting enhancements.
- Develop RFPs and support the selection of end-user reporting tools and platforms.
Knowledge Sharing & Collaboration
- Work closely with IT and business project teams to understand data warehousing requirements and propose solutions.
- Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to the Enterprise Reporting Team.

- 15 years of experience with Infor Lawson Versions 8, 9, 10 for:
- Human Resources (HR)
- Benefits (BN)
- Payroll (PR)
- Absence/Leave (LP)
- Personnel (PA)
