The Engineering Design Services Sales position will focus on selling design services to Manufacturing and Engineering companies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to capture technical requirements, develop proposals, close business, and develop long-term relationships with new and existing clients. As part of this role, you will work closely with our internal teams to design practical solutions for client challenges. Your sales targets and responsibilities will include a wide range and size of businesses.
The core engineering design services you will sell include Mechanical, Electrical, Design, Embedded, Engineering Analysis, Technical Publications, and other offerings as required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our business development team to develop new prospects into sales opportunities.
- Meet with potential and existing clients to understand their challenges and alignment of our services.
- Develop solutions through a consulting sales process with our internal teams and clients.
- Formulate and develop value propositions that ensure winning award-winning proposals.
- Negotiate and close business that supports the organization's sales goals.
- Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, peers, and management.
- Analyze marketing and technology trends that affect our verticals.
- Maintain the pipeline by use of our CRM tool.
- 10 years experience selling engineering design services.
- Solution selling experience.
- Bachelor s degree.
- Solid understanding of engineering disciplines across a wide range of businesses.
- Proven track record in the development and closure of sales.
- Superb persuasion and communication skills.
- Outstanding writing and presentation skills.
- Experience working with offshore delivery teams is preferred.
- High energy/strong work ethic

- Telecommute position with the ability to travel 60% or more of the time
