Responsibilities:
- Provides high-level executive administrative support to the Market Growth Leader and local market leadership team, including calendar management, expense reporting, and general administrative duties.
- Prepares and updates presentations and materials, including editing in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Supports meetings and events by preparing materials and notes, ensuring appropriate space setup and cleanup, and managing catering. May include large meetings or events with senior leaders, brokers, and clients.
- Assists with planning and managing community and civic affairs events, including setup, management, and breakdown.
- Manages office supplies, promotional items, and the budget for management both monthly and year-end.
- Assists with printing requests, including printing, binding, and shipping materials.
- Collaborates with internal partners, brokers, and clients in a professional manner.
- Provides backup administrative support when necessary.
- Takes on additional responsibilities as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, with demonstrated ability to support senior leaders.
- Previous experience in office or facility management preferred.
- Strong computer-based technical skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, and web navigation. Familiarity with Excel is preferred.
- Health insurance background with an understanding of the overall sales process and knowledge of Salesforce.com.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-like environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, manage pressure, and anticipate business needs.
- Budgeting or accounting experience is a plus.
- Project management experience is preferred.
Education:
- Completed High School (Diploma or GED)
