  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for system enhancements and data solutions.
  • Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, reports, and dashboards using Snowflake and / or MS SQL Server.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement and test system changes.
  • Assist in troubleshooting system issues and data discrepancies.
  • Provide insights through data analysis, reporting, and visualization.

Qualifications :

  • 3-8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (Snowflake and / or MS SQL Server).
  • Experience working with stakeholders to define business requirements and solutions.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
