One year of hospital-based experience in unit-dose distribution and IV additives and / or hospital residency is required.
Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with drug information and therapeutics.
Ability to apply professional knowledge and judgment to the provision of pharmaceutical care for patients of the following age groups : Geriatric, Adult, Pediatric and Neonatal.

Education :
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D.) or Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy, and evidence of required continuing education.
