For the FM, focus on the technical skills necessary for the position – Mechanical systems, electrical systems and FLS knowledge; be fairly close to the office, be financially solid to know budgets and estimates, know how to develop processes for Maintenance schedules and be a solid fix personality wise. Experience in financial institution day to day operation and business equipment is a plus.
Qualifications:
This is for a Facility Manager. Needs to be able to travel to all Bay Area locations. In Napa, Santa Clara etc.
