Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven contractor to join our Advanced Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data wrangling, business intelligence (BI), and AI/ML, with the ability to leverage these tools to deliver executive-level insights through compelling storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop reports and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) that translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Utilize SQL, Python, and MS Fabric Lakehouse for advanced data wrangling and analysis.
- Apply AI/ML and Agentic AI techniques to uncover trends and predictive insights.
- Craft executive-level presentations (PowerPoint) that tell a clear, data-driven story.
- Synthesize data from multiple sources to deliver fast, accurate insights under tight deadlines.
- Proactively identify key business questions and provide data-backed recommendations.
- Research hypotheses and present findings to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with the Business Process Management (BPM) Six Sigma team to:
- Identify operational efficiencies.
- Present cost-saving opportunities.
- Drive process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in advanced analytics, data wrangling, and BI/AI/ML.
- Strong proficiency in:
- SQL
- Power BI / Tableau
- Python
- MS Fabric Lakehouse
- AI/ML & Agentic AI
- Exceptional executive storytelling (PowerPoint).
- Ability to connect data across systems and derive meaningful insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (identifying efficiencies, anomalies, and trends).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
