Are you a seasoned Program Manager with a passion for managing complex projects and a knack for leading successful HR / HRIS programs. If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are seeking an experienced and certified Program Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Workday modernization program, consisting of process redesign and usability uplift across the full suite of functional modules.
Program Leadership :
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end program, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
- Create detailed project plans and manage scheduling for all project meetings across the global team.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of a complex, cross-functional SAAS system modernization project.
- Lead the PMO team alongside the Product Manager and Project Managers from multiple consulting vendors engaged in the project.
- Coordinate detailed project activity with the consulting partner project manager, ensuring all workstreams, dependencies, timelines, resources, and deliverables are tracked
