- Demonstrable success leading engineering teams; ideally SRE or Production Engineering
- Knowledge of core operating system principles, networking fundamentals, and systems management
- Understanding of SRE principals, including monitoring, alerting, error budgets, fault analysis, and other common reliability engineering concepts
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the platform for performance, scalability.
- 5 years of experience managing technical / engineering program managers, and leading highly efficient & impactful teams
- 10 years' experience in software development project management for Site Reliability Engineering / DevOps / Infrastructure domains
- A history of leadership, decision making, negotiation skills, and ability to influence partners without direct authority
- Experience leading large scale Infrastructure programs with focus on Cloud environments
