Experience :
- Mid-level researcher (3-5 years of conducting UX research)
- Proven track record of planning and running research, collaborating with other teams to uncover insights
- Experience in qualitative research methods (e.g. in-depth interviews, concept testing, lab & remote usability testing)
- Some experience in quantitative research methods (e.g. data analysis, success metrics, and surveying)
- Experience in enterprise application product development is a plus
- Required soft skills : self-starter, good communication time management, proactive attitude, team-oriented, ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly, ability to learn new products quickly and work on multiple work-streams, ability to build rapport with multiple cross-functional partners and track leads
