Overview
This warehouse position involves the timely and accurate reporting of materials movements that transpire daily. The position involves handling Quality notifications & return of materials authorization (RMA) administration. It may also include receiving, shipping documentation as and when required.
Responsibilities
A High School diploma or GED and at least 2 years of related experience are required.
A license to drive material handling equipment (Forklift, Reach Truck, and Stock Picker) is also required.

Overview
This warehouse position involves the timely and accurate reporting of materials movements that transpire daily. The position involves handling Quality notifications & return of materials authorization (RMA) administration. It may also include receiving, shipping documentation as and when required.
Responsibilities
- Create reports related to materials review board and (MRB) & return of materials authorization (RMA)
- Derive actions from the report by holding weekly, bi-weekly meetings
- Create action tracker and hold people accountable
- Meet the KPI of number of days of turnaround for each task
- Movement of material with equipment to desired locations
- Work with TSL team to identify all actions on RMA
- Ensure movement of material to suppliers for repair and return
- Work with purchasing team to track returns
- Work with TSL team to ship repaired products to depots or customers
- Post inventory transactions daily into SAP in adherence to defined warehouse procedures and work instructions
- Assist in organizing and moving material to and from off-Plant to warehouse to suppliers
- Work in concert with other warehouse personnel, quality inspection personnel, and shipping personnel to support the responsive environment required by Operations
- Participate in the warehouse 5S – workplace organization initiative to ensure that a safe, clean, and well-organized warehouse environment exists at all times
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of material to allow time for Shipping partners to prep freight and have it ready for same-day pick-up
- Be sure to confirm all necessary information of documents is correct to avoid misplacement of material for processing
- Remain flexible and be available to shift into multiple areas of the operation to provide support when business needs increase

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Must be computer proficient, with prior experience in performing inventory transactions in a computer-based business system
- Knowledge of inventory controls or related experience in a managed inventory environment is required; SAP experience is highly desirable
- Experience processing RMA and MRB products, preferred
- Experience using Excel
- Comfort in leading regular meetings with management and cross-functional teams
- Capable of managing tasks while ensuring effective and accurate communication
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
- Ability to work overtime as needed
