Overview
The Treasury Analyst, under the direction of the Treasurer will assist with core aspects of Treasury operations including review of the global daily cash position, bank account management, payment processing, and cash forecasting. This includes assisting with the development of cash management banking solutions, monitoring fees and participating in various projects as needed. Other responsibilities include supporting the cash forecast process, supporting the team in analyzing FX exposure, assisting with payment applications within SAP and supporting the Sr. Treasury analyst and the credit and collection area as needed. The Treasury Analyst position reports to the Treasurer.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support in planning and executing all aspects of cash management.
- Support cash applications and clearing accounts in SAP.
- Manage intercompany processes and ensure balances are settled timely and reconciled
- Conduct quarterly/annual review of all banks, bank fees, bank signatories, petty cash
- Assist with daily cash position reports and cash reconciliation
- Execute domestic and international disbursements including wires
- Provide all banking support information to various levels of the finance department as needed
- Act as backup administrator the Company’s credit card program and support users as needed
- Assist the Sr. Treasury analyst in monitoring Foreign Exchange hedging activities, including exposure forecasting, hedge execution, and reporting activities.
- Work closely with the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable team to identify risk areas and maximize timely collections.
- Assist in month end closing processes
- Seek and implement process improvement initiatives to increase efficiencies and accuracy in daily operations.
- Additional responsibilities as directed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline is required. Solid understanding of key finance and accounting concepts and proficiency in Excel are also must haves.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Ability to understand the impact of economic conditions and market commentary
- Knowledge of banking systems
- Knowledge of SAP preferred
- Must be detailed oriented and self-motivator
- Must be able to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work with colleagues at various levels within the organization
The expected salary range for this position is $51,106—$65,000, plus a bonus opportunity. We will consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors when determining your pay.
