The team is undergoing responsible and methodic growth. It currently has over 45 employees and is backed by investment from top-tier VC firms led by Andreessen Horowitz. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Live Production Coordinator to join our team. This role will allow you to be hands-on with our live broadcasts' technical and creative aspects and support the team in delivering a seamless experience for our growing community.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the technical setup for live streaming events, including cameras, lighting, audio, and software configurations, ensuring all components function seamlessly.
- Manage live broadcasts & multicasting through OBS, troubleshooting technical issues to ensure smooth and uninterrupted streaming experiences.
- Serve as a solution-oriented and resourceful production coordinator, responding to livestream on-air show needs as they arise.
- Coordinate the creative elements of live productions, including thumbnails, staging, backdrops, and the integration of on-screen graphics.
- Oversee moderation during live streams, ensuring proper timestamp management and compliance with content standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Passionate individual with experience in live streaming, digital media, live commerce, and content creation.
- Excited to learn about the technical side of live broadcasts, including setup, production, and post-production processes.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and troubleshooting issues as they arise.A team player who is collaborative and enthusiastic about learning new skills to support live broadcast productions.
- Familiar with social media platforms and content creation, with a strong understanding of engaging online audiences.
