Summer Engineering Intern

Position Overview:Under the guidance of a licensed engineer, this position gains experience in the engineering field. Intern assignments may include survey, field observation and/or office work depending on experience or areas of interest. Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of project plans, specifications and miscellaneous quantities
• Assists with preparation of environmental reports and agency coordination
• Perform/assist with survey
• Assists in monitoring contractor schedule and activities
• Assists in the preparation of construction documents for legal records

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineer, Construction Engineering, or Environmental Engineering
• Strong Written and verbal communication skills required
• Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record in accordance with insurance provider
