The PLM Functional Consultant role at Veenus involves understanding user concerns and translating them into business requirements for product lifecycle management (PLM) systems. The consultant will work closely with both user groups and the IS team to ensure that requirements are accurately captured and implemented. This position requires effective communication, coordination, and support during system development and rollout.
Responsibilities
- Understand concerns from user groups and convert them to business requirements.
- Present requirements to the IS team, gather feedback, and coordinate between user groups and the IS team for finalizing the requirements.
- Delegate and review work to and from EO Business Analyst and System Support Specialist during the development of new and enhanced PLM modules.
- Review mockups and proposals made by other EO team members.
- Establish system use cases, requirements, and business rules.
- Review and maintain current Functional Specifications documents.
- Maintain communication with the IS team during system development.
- Participate in system testing and document any issues found.
- Support system rollout, user training, and PDCA.
Requirements
- Experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
- Ability to communicate effectively with user groups and technical teams.
- Experience in system testing and documentation

Pay: $40.00 - $42.00 per hour
