The Role Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Actimize case management solutions to support compliance and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with business analysts, compliance officers, and key stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Configure and customize Actimize applications, including case management workflows, user interfaces, and reporting capabilities.
- Develop and integrate Actimize components with external systems and databases to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
- Participate in testing and validation to ensure Actimize solutions meet regulatory standards and business requirements.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely resolutions to maintain system reliability.

- A Bachelor's degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experienced with 5 years as an Actimize Developer, specializing in case management solutions.
- Proficient in Actimize platform architecture and case management modules.
- Skilled in Actimize configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
- Knowledgeable about financial regulations (e.g., AML, KYC) and compliance processes in the financial services sector.
- Proficient in SQL and database management, with expertise in data analysis and reporting.
- A problem solver with excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
- A team player with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, .NET, or others for Actimize development.
- Experience working within Agile methodologies and using project management tools.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS or Azure is a plus.
