Strong understanding of healthcare datasets and data mappings
Analyze client interfacing systems and prepare necessary specification documents
Ability to map data requirements and function as a Business Analyst
Manage and communicate requirements effectively
Experience working on data-intensive projects related to BI or data migration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum processes, ability to write User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, and work closely with Scrum teams
Strong knowledge of clinical workflows
Translate and simplify requirements for stakeholders
Experience: 8 years
Location: Raleigh, North Carolina (Hybrid Once a Month Onsite)
Educational Qualifications: Engineering Degree (BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc)
Technical certifications in multiple technologies (preferred)

Good to Have: Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (SDLC, Agile)
