ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Read, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products.
- Inspects circuit boards after surface mount and/or solder wave operations and repairs as required.
- Must be able to work well independently as well as with a group.
- Rework and/or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes.
- Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures
- Must maintain constant visual inspections are met and perform quality work checks to ensure the
- product meets quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Must be able to pass a component identification and soldering test.
- Must have good organizational skills.
- Performs other related duties as assigned. Expected to be available to work in other areas of production and must be able to work overtime when required (including short notice overtime) to meet daily customer demands.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; three months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions, and diagrams written in English.
Ability to speak, and write clearly, and effectively exchange information with supervisors, coworkers, and other members of the organization.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The employee is required to stand and/or sit for long periods of time and will constantly use hands and fingers. Specific vision abilities required, include close vision, distance vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position is in a manufacturing plant with a moderate noise level.
