What are the responsibilities and job description for the Graphic Designer position at VEGA Americas?
We are hiring a Graphic Designer to join our growing Marketing department!
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the integrity of the corporate identity by owning and promoting the corporate standards.
- Creates, updates, and coordinates the production of printed literature and sales tools.
- Create artwork and layouts for special events and training as needed.
- Creates advertisements and coordinates yearly advertising schedules and placement based on corporate
initiatives and marketing campaigns. - Obtains quotes and acts as liaison with vendors in such areas as professional printing, photography, and
promotional material fulfillment. - Maintain inventory of photography, artwork, source files of marketing collateral, archived files, and sample files in
the Cumulus media database. - Provides input and content ideas for internet presence, and coordinates these ideas with the Marketing Content
Specialist. Some web design may be required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Graphic Design or a related field
AND one to two years related experience and/or training,
OR equivalent combination of education and experience
COMPUTER SKILLS
Proficient in the following computer software programs:
Microsoft Office Products
Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
