Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering incoming payments, verifying and billing insurance and running tracers. This role requires strong data entry skills and a solid understanding of office systems to support the overall financial operations of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Verifying Insurance
- Filing Insurance
- Reading EOBs and Placing payments into patient accounts.
- Sending out patient bills.
- Printing and working tracers.
- Handling phones.
- Helping Front desk and other clinic duties.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience with data entry is preferred.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience in accounts receivable or a related field is advantageous but not required.
