We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our Clinic, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive patient experience for our customers. You will be responsible for teaching patients about their care plans and selling them treatment plans.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly, assist them around the office and consult with them about their needs.
- Learn to educate patients about the human body and how Chiropractic affects our heath in a positivie way.
- Explain to patients their treatment plan the doctor is recommending.
- Sell patients their treatment plan and encourage them to cooperate with care.
- Conduct patient surveys and ask for referrals.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues professionally.
- Educate someone on a topic you have been trained in
- Talking to customers about costs and paymment options.
- Accepting Payment.
