Vega Consulting Solutions is staffing a Sr. Healthcare Data Architect for our direct Healthcare Client located in Reston, VA. This is a hybrid based, contract to hire opportunity. Seeking candidates that are local to Reston, VA (or at a commutable distance), Candidate must be eligible for direct hire. Sponsorship is not available.
Job Description:
Senior Domain Architect will drive enterprise optimization by introducing capabilities (inclusive of all functions) for their domain of responsibility utilizing in-depth knowledge and expert skills to advance domain strategies. Translates business needs for the domain into architectural solutions that meet performance, reliability and security expectations. Applies enterprise roadmaps, principles, standards, and practices to drive their domain strategies and execution.
Job requirement:
- HEALTHCARE Domain EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
- Education Level: Bachelor's Degree - Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree preferred
- Must have a minimum 8 years Experience in Architecture Domain leading architecture initiatives
- Experience in 2-3 different architecture domains
- Must have experience with SQL , Data Architecture designing and incorporating Data model changes in Mainframes , DB2 , Cloudera , Mongo DB and AWS Aurora Postgres / Redshift Technologies
- Ability to motivate and influence others so that project objectives are met in a timely manner. , Advanced
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders develop high quality solutions. , Advanced
- Ability to coach, delegate, and develop team members., Advanced
- Proficient in managing cross-domain architecture solutions and impacts., Advanced
