Hybrid Role: The resource is required to come into the office in Owings Mills at least twice a month.
Vega Consulting is staffing a Project Coordinator for our direct Healthcare Client. Prefer candidates with H/C Project Coordinator experience.
The Project Coordinator will coordinate well-defined projects and/or supports the work of a team of project/program management professionals. Tracks progress and assists with documentation to support project needs. Assists with end to end tasks related to implementations, integration, business readiness and communications.
Job Requirement:
- 3 years of Project Coordination experience
- Health Care experience Preferred
- Facets experience preferred
- Use of Microsoft Office applications.- Specifically Excel
- Able to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
- Ability to exercise good judgment
- Project management, healthcare and onboarding/implementation experience is preferred.
- Role requires direct client and account management interaction (virtual) to lead customer facing implementation meetings.
