We are currently hiring a full time Frontier Customer Representative for our office based in San Bernardino. The primary responsibility of the Frontier Customer Representative is to facilitate direct customer outreach and enrollment for our clients throughout the community. The Frontier Customer Representative plays a critical role in building and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and ensuring we deliver exceptional customer experiences on behalf of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase revenue generation and exposure for our clients through targeted residential marketing campaigns
- Build and nurture strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs, preferences, and community based initiatives
- Act as the primary point of contact between our clients and potential customers
- Develop and test strategies to increase customer engagement
- Maintain a deep understanding of our clients initiatives to effectively communicate their value to prospective donors and customers
- Prepare and deliver in person presentations to potential customers, showcasing our clients impact and goals
- Collaborate with different departments within the company, such as marketing, sales, product Development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless experience for both our clients and their customers
Qualifications:
- At least some experience in a client management role is preferred, but not required
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer facing role is required
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to think on your feet and maintain composure in a wide range of situations
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
POSITION OVERVIEW:
- Hours: This is a full-time position.
- Days: Monday-Friday some Saturdays
- Training: 1-2 weeks of hands on training
- Pay: Uncapped commission after training, average weekly pay range for new associates is $700-$1600
- Work Location: This position will require commuting to our office in San Bernardino
