As an Entry-Level Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting both sales and customer service functions to help drive growth and foster strong relationships with our clients' customers. This is an entry-level role that offers a great opportunity to develop skills in account management, sales, and customer relationship management. The successful candidate will be trained to become a full-fledged Account Manager and will work closely with senior account managers to learn the ins and outs of managing client accounts and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demos directly to potential customers.
- Monitor and follow up on potential leads to ensure timely conversion into active clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Help manage customer expectations and maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- Participate in training programs to learn account management skills, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
